Yes — we offer delivery and pickup at MDE International Airport (Rionegro) 24/7 with at least 24 h advance notice. We also deliver to hotels and addresses in Medellín, El Poblado, Envigado and Sabaneta. Airport service is one-way $150,000 COP (~$40 USD).
All rentals include mandatory SOAT insurance (Colombia's obligatory traffic accident insurance) plus comprehensive coverage with deductible. Insurance covers third-party damages, theft and vehicle damage. We offer extended coverage to reduce or eliminate the deductible.
Our base rates cover Medellín and nearby zones like Guatapé and Santa Fe de Antioquia. For trips to other cities or further destinations, you must inform us in advance to verify route approval. Long-distance trips require a 5-day minimum and prior authorization. Message us on WhatsApp before booking so we can coordinate the details.
In Medellín, private-plate rental cars are subject to 'pico y placa', which runs Mon–Fri 5 AM – 8 PM based on the last digit of the license plate. When we confirm your booking we'll send you the plate number so you can plan your driving. If you need unrestricted driving every day, ask us and we'll find the best option for you.
