Our daily rates start at $80 USD (Mazda 3 executive sedan) and go up to $300 USD (Chevrolet Tahoe armored). All rates include SOAT (mandatory CO insurance), comprehensive insurance with deductible, full maintenance, and free delivery in Medellín or at MDE Airport (Rionegro).

You'll need: (1) Valid passport, (2) Valid driver's license — your home-country license or an International Driving Permit, (3) Major credit card in the driver's name for the security deposit, (4) Minimum age 23. Foreign visitors can drive up to 6 months with their home license + passport.

Yes. We deliver and pick up vehicles free of charge at José María Córdova International Airport (MDE) in Rionegro, 24/7 with a minimum 24h advance reservation. We also deliver to hotels in El Poblado, Laureles, Envigado and Sabaneta.

The most common delivery zones are El Poblado (hotels and nightlife), Laureles (residential and food scene), Envigado, Sabaneta and the airport. We also cover Belén, El Tesoro, Las Palmas and Ciudad del Río — at no additional cost.

Yes. Our Chevrolet Tahoe Level III is available for clients who need extra security — executives, diplomats, corporate events or private transport. Includes optional driver, bulletproof tinted windows and reinforced bodywork. Reserve 48h in advance for armored vehicles.

Our fleet is rotated so you always have a car without restriction for your day. Vehicles like the 2020 gray Toyota Fortuner Diesel are exempt at certain hours. We confirm the current Medellín metro area rotation before delivery.

All rentals include valid SOAT, comprehensive insurance with standard deductible and 24/7 roadside assistance. We also offer extended coverage (CDW) to reduce or eliminate the deductible. Insurance covers third-party damages, theft and damage to the vehicle within Colombian territory.

Yes. The base rate covers travel within Antioquia (Guatapé, Santa Fe de Antioquia, Jericó, El Retiro). For interdepartmental trips — Bogotá, Cartagena, Santa Marta, Coffee Region — we coordinate a special-use permit at a separate rate. No cross-border trips.

A standard rental agreement that includes: party identification, vehicle (plate, model, mileage), dates and times, rate, deposit, insurance coverage and a delivery acceptance form with photos of the vehicle's condition. All signed digitally before delivery.

You return it with the fuel level you received it at (coordinated upfront) and in the agreed zone — home, hotel or airport. We do a quick 15-minute inspection, sign the return form and refund the deposit if there are no incidents. Available 24/7 for returns.
